PLEASE NOTE: If you live outside these areas and you book mobile, your session may need to be rescheduled to in-clinic. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL POLICIES: 1. I have a ZERO tolerance policy for signs or symptoms of illness. You are asked to reschedule if you do and anyone who fails to notify me of symptoms will be denied treatment. 2. It is required by my association that you do not receive treatment within 48 hours of any vaccination, therefore it is asked that you refrain from booking within this window post-vaccination. 3. Canada Life, RWAM & Industrial Alliance do NOT cover my level of training for manual osteopathic therapy services and will not provide reimbursement. To avoid disappointment, it is therefore asked that you contact me directly to re-schedule if you have ANY symptoms of illness, or have received any vaccinations within the last 48 hours. Failure to do so could result in the immediate termination of your session as well as standard fees incurred.
